Returns & Exchanges

Items purchased from LA Collective are eligible for store credit or can be exchanged if returned within 7 days of you receiving your order, and were not bought on sale. Sale items are FINAL SALE. Bundles or special promotion items are final sale. Send us a message at customercare@lacollective.com to receive your prepaid return label (non-international orders) and return/exchange form. Please fill out the return/exchange form in your package before shipping it back.

 

Return & Exchange Conditions

Uh oh. Something wrong with what you ordered? No worries. Shoot us an email within 7 days of purchases atcustomercare@lacollective.com and we can process the return for you. A few things to remember - items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached. Your email must include order number, style number/description and reason for returning.

 

How to send your return or exchange

Returns are free for domestic customers located within the U.S with orders over $150. Please email us atcustomercare@lacollective.com to receive a prepaid return label. Please note, any international shipping fees associated with making returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded.

 

To ship an item back to LA Collective please:

Indicate on your invoice whether you are exchanging or returning the item(s).

For exchanges: It is strongly recommended that you contact our customer service team to get step-by-step instructions. Our representatives can assist you with checking to ensure that your exchange size is available as well as reserving it for you. The item(s) will then be sent out as soon as your return arrives and is processed. Pack your item(s) and invoice into a box. Items purchased on sale and gift cards are FINAL SALE and ineligible for returns or exchanges.

LA Collective is not responsible for international shipping fees or lost returns.

 

Damaged Items

We do our best. We really do. At the end of the day, we are human. If you received a defective item or something you didn’t order, let us know. We will take care of it for you. Just send an email tocustomercare@lacollective.com with a picture of the defective item.
