The Best Post-Workout Protein Shakes

We've curated a list of our top favorite post workout protein shakes to help you re-energize and fuel your body with the right nutrients!

Peanut Butter & Chocolate

- 1 cup almond milk

- 1 tbsp creamy peanut butter

- 1 ripe banana 

- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon

- 1 scoop chocolate protein powder

- 1/2 cup crushed ice

 

Berry Medley

- 1 cup mixed berries

- 1 cup spinach

- 1/3 banana

- 1 scoop vanilla or greens protein powder

-  1 cup almond milk

- 1/4 teaspoon chia seeds

 

 

 

Banana Mango

- 1 cup almond milk

- 1 ripe banana

- 1/2 cup chopped, frozen mango

- 1-2 large handfuls of spinach

- 1 tbs pumpkin seeds

- 1/2 tbs hemp seeds

- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder 

 

 Oatmeal Cookie 

- 1/4 cup dry oats

- 1 cup almond milk

- 1 scoop vanilla powder

- 1/2 banana

- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

- 1 tbs cacao nibs

 

Greens

- 1 cup almond milk

- 1 cup spinach

- 1 scoop vanilla powder

- 1/2 banana

- 1 ripe kiwi

- 1 tsp chia seeds

- pinch of turmeric

- pinch of pepper
