RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Please contact us no later than 10 days after receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unstained, unwashed, and returned in the original packaging with hangtags attached. Orders may only be cancelled within 48 hours of placing an order unless it has started preparing for shipment and/or has shipped.
PRODUCTS DISCOUNTED OR MARKED AS 'FINAL SALE' AT TIME OF PURCHASE ARE NOT ELIGIBLE TO BE RETURNED, NOR EXCHANGED. MASKS, SOCKS, AND ACCESSORIES ARE FINAL SALE FOR HYGIENIC REASONS.
Bundled Products: Bundles are available for exchange only and must be unworn, unstained, unwashed, and returned in the original packaging with hangtags attached.
Swim Returns: We do not accept returns for swimwear that has been worn, altered or washed. All swimwear returned must be in new and unused condition with sanitary strips in place. All swimwear that meets the return criteria above must also be repackaged in its original packaging with all tags attached.
Gift Card/Store Credit Purchases: Orders that are purchased with a gift card or store credit can only be returned for a credit back to a gift card.
LA Collective does not accept returns from outside Canada or the USA. All international orders are Final Sale. All returns initiated from Canada are responsible for covering shipping costs back to LA Collective.
